Friday Adult Swim Squad 5.30-7.00am – call for actual time Reef View Pool

Saturday Mainland Ride or Brick Long Run(duration of your choosing) 5.00am, 5.30am, 6.15am, 7.00am Airlie Lagoon (Town Car Park)
Mainland Swim/Run Session 6.00am Airlie Lagoon(Town Car Park)

Sunday Mainland Long Ride (followed by breakfast at the Fat Frog Cafe) 5.30am Cannonvale Beach Car Park

All training times subject to change and other sessions may be added dependent upon training phase/competitive season.
